To allow you to enjoy the landscapes of El Maresme on your table, the Consortium for the Promotion of Maresme Coast Tourism has created a stamp of distinctiveness and identity based on the proximity product, the quality of the produce and tourist sustainability, to offer consumers the best possible guarantees of quality and uniqueness.
 
The “Sabors de Mar i de Munt” restaurants are establishments that have been clearly involved in the uniqueness of the products of El Maresme and that are truly committed to tourism sustainability. They are therefore able to enjoy the Biosphere commitment. This certificate highlights the great work of the restaurants of our region when it comes to guaranteeing excellent service.
                                                      
Biosphere establishes a series of requirements that cover all areas of sustainability, including visitor involvement and aspects regarding quality and security, such as:
